About Our Private Paint Event:
Unleash your inner artist in a relaxed and intimate setting at a Private Paint Event with Erin. Whether you’re an experienced painter or picking up a brush for the first time you are in good hands with Erin of Painting & Vino. Our private painting party events are designed for all skill levels.
Erin will guide everyone step-by-step as you create your own masterpiece.
What to Expect:
- High-quality art supplies provided
- Secondly, professional art instruction
- As well as a choice of various painting themes
- Connect and mingle with your participants
Important Information:
- Pricing includes all the art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc..), table covers, and aprons.
- The artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of creating their Masterpiece they can take home.
- Food/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office/home/on-location.
- If your event is held at one of our venue partner locations, food/beverages for your guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.
- If the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added calculated at the rate of $50 per hour.
- Custom painting is an extra flat fee of $75 and must be paid when the deposit is paid.
Terms and Conditions:
- To confirm the Private Event glass painting booking the client must pay the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable for up to 1 year.
- Glass paint event minimum 20 painters
- By submitting the deposit, you agree to the “Terms and Conditions” listed on this page.
- The painting portfolio will be sent to the client once the deposit is paid.
- Payment for the final headcount must be completed 24 hours before the event time/date (3 seats are covered with the deposit paid already).
- We are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.

Be sure to include any information about your special occasion and project description so we know the best way to plan your private painting party. Note – we don’t include any food or beverages at our events. Also for on location events at homes and offices I can provide tables for up to 30 guests. I don’t provide chairs but can connect you to a great, low priced chair rental company if needed.
We do include all art supplies, table covers, and aprons.

Things to know:
- We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.
- Refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days a credit will be given.
- Check-in begins 15 minutes before the event start time. Give yourself time to park to avoid arriving late.
- No outside food or drink is allowed. They are available for purchase. Wine is not included in your ticket purchase.

COVID Safety
For the Safety of our Guests, Venues & Instructors we make sure to sanitize and clean all supplies before every event. If you have a fever or do not feel well, please stay home. The 48-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect if you need to cancel due to illness.
