Fall Fun

Paint and sip at a new location.  Doma welcomes Painting and Vino Wichita!  Doma has an extensive selection of wines and liquors, and is noted for it’s modern menu.  Located at the trendy Rock Rd and Kellogg corner, it is just minutes away from Towne East Square, and has plenty of parking available.  Doma’s goal is to provide Wichita with a unique gathering space where everyone can find a place to sit and enjoy, whether in the dining room, cocktail lounge, or on the patio enjoying themselves 16 oz. at a time.  Be it a beer or a cocktail, you can find whatever quenches your fancy in their full service bar.  Open drinks will be served so this event is for ages 21 and older.

About this event:  Most people have a special spot in their heart for going to grandpa and grandma’s house.  In this case, Grandpa Bob’s house is located right on the lake in Seeley Lake, Montana.  From his back deck, you can see several peaks in the Glacier Mountain Range.  That backdrop leads to some breathtaking sunsets.  That serves as the inspiration for this painting.

Painting and Vino feels successful when the students feel successful.  Although the first goal is to host an event where everyone has a great time, it is important that the students leave with a painting they are proud of.  This is where Painting and Vino Wichita stands apart from the rest.  The instructor, Kelly Welch, has over 40 years of professional experience.  He began painting at the age of 14, and now brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to his events.  Each painting is carefully selected and created to make it simple and fun for people of all abilities.  Kelly then guides everyone step by step from start to finish.  No experience is needed, and you may discover talent that you didn’t know you had.

• Check-in begins 15 minutes before the event start time. Give yourself time to park to avoid arriving late.
• No outside food or drink is allowed. It is available for purchase. Wine is not included in your ticket purchase.
