We offer exclusive, artistic events – A private painting party with Painting & Vino Phoenix! 🎨

We serve Phoenix and surrounding areas for private paint-and-sip bachelorette parties, corporate team-building events, client appreciation, birthday parties, kid’s birthdays, and more!

About Our Private Painting Party Events:

Unleash your inner artist in a relaxed and intimate setting. Whether you’re an experienced painter or picking up a brush for the first time you are in good hands with Painting & Vino. Therefore our private painting party events are designed for all skill levels. Also, our talented instructors will guide you step-by-step as you create your own masterpiece.  Please email Erika Bride to discuss your next private Paint and Sip Event! 🌟

Important Information:

  • Pricing includes all the art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc..), table covers, and
  • The artist will complete the setup/cleanup and guide everyone through the process of
    creating their Masterpiece they can take home.
  • Food/beverages or tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an
  • If your event is held at one of our venue partner locations, food/beverages for your
    guests may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.
  • If the event starts an hour or later than the confirmed time a late fee may be added
    calculated at the rate of $50 per hour.
  • Custom painting is an extra flat fee of $75 and must be paid when the deposit is paid.

Terms and Conditions:

  • To confirm the Private Event booking the client must pay the deposit. This deposit is
    non-refundable but it is transferable for up to 1 year.
  • By submitting the deposit you agree to the “Terms and Conditions” listed on this page.
  • The painting portfolio will be sent to the client once the deposit is paid.
  • Payment for the final headcount must be completed 24 hours before the event time/date
    (2 seats are covered with the deposit paid already).
  • You get up to 3 no-shows from the final headcount as long as it’s above the group
    minimum of 8 people.
  • A refund for the 3 seats will be processed post-event once we’ve confirmed the actual
    headcount above the minimum group size.
  • We are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our

Be sure to include any information about your special occasion and project description so we know the best way to plan your private painting party. Please note: we do not provide food or beverage. You don’t have to serve alcohol to enjoy a private painting party – the food and beverage you serve is up to you! We do not provide tables and chairs but we do provide all art supplies, table coverings, and aprons.

Things to know:

  • We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.
  • Refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days a credit will be given.
  • Check-in begins 15 minutes before the event start time. Give yourself time to park to avoid arriving late.
  • No outside food or drink is allowed. They are available for purchase. Wine is not included in your ticket purchase.
  • If you have any questions about the event, feel free to contact customer service.

For the Safety of our Guests, Venues & Instructors we make sure to sanitize and clean all supplies before every event. If you have a fever or do not feel well, please stay home. The 48-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect if you need to cancel due to illness.
