(Private) Private Paint Party with AARP
About This Event
Unleash your inner artist in a relaxed, intimate setting. Whether you’re an experienced painter or picking up a brush for the first time you are in good hands with Painting & Vino. Therefore our private painting party events are designed for all skill levels. Our talented instructors will guide you step-by-step as you create your own paint masterpiece.
Please note:
- Pricing includes all needed art supplies (canvas, paint, brushes, etc.), table coverings, and aprons
- We will take care of setup/cleanup and guide guests through the process of creating their own masterpiece (doubles as a souvenir to take home afterward)
- Food and beverage as well as tables/chairs are not provided if the event is held at an office or home.
- If event is held at a bar or restaurant, food and beverage may be arranged and purchased through the hosting venue.
- Custom painting is an extra flat fee of $75 and must be paid with deposit.
Terms and Conditions:
- Client must send painting selection to tucson@paintingandvino.com no less than one week prior to the event.
- Client must pay for final headcount at least 24 hours before the event time and date (2 seats will already be covered through your deposit). Enter event passcode to pay.
- Client gets up to 3 no-shows from the final headcount, as long as count is above the group minimum of 12 people.
- A refund for up to 3 no-shows will be processed post-event if needed.
- We require access to the event space two hours prior to the event to set up paint materials. We ask that tables and chairs are set up by this time in ‘Classroom’ or ‘Long Table Style’ if possible. If event takes place at a bar or restaurant booked by client, it is up to client to either coordinate this with bar/restaurant or get us in touch with the Events Manager.
- We are not financially responsible for paint on clothing or other surfaces during our events.
- After artists have arrived to event, if client requests event start of thirty minutes or later than the confirmed event start, a late fee of $30/half hour, $60/hour will be added.

Be sure to include any information about your special occasion and project description so we know the best way to plan your private painting party. Please note: we do not provide food or beverage. You don’t have to serve alcohol to enjoy a private painting party – the food and beverage you serve is up to you! We do not provide tables and chairs but we do provide all art supplies, table coverings, and aprons.

COVID Safety
For the Safety of our Guests, Venues & Instructors we make sure to sanitize and clean all supplies before every event. If you have a fever or do not feel well, please stay home. The 48-hour cancellation policy will still be in effect if you need to cancel due to illness.
