Diablo Restaurant and Cantina (Los Angeles)

"Taco" is a term used loosely at Diablo and is merely the platform for the chef to work his culinary magic bringing exotic tastes, rare ingredients, innovative preparations and artful plating usually experienced by those frequenting the finest restaurants in Los Angeles. 

We feature a full bar, showcasing an extensive tequila and mezcal list, craft cocktails, and signature MARGARITAS. Also, we want to share our fascination of the “michelada.” This Guadalajara beverage mixes a beer base with citrus, salt, and spicy flavors allowing the Chef and mixologist to incorporate seasonal herbs, exotic salts and unlikely acids to create mouthwatering elixirs our guests will crave. Our contemporary take on the classic sangria will also be offered utilizing fresh fruits and boutique local wines.
