Rambler @ Hotel Zeppelin (San Francisco)

Rambler: a new restaurant and bar in Union Square at Hotel Zeppelin, conceived by Hat Trick Hospitality – the team behind a host of socially-driven dining and drinking destinations that include Sabrosa, Redford, and The Brixton. 

Executive Chef Banks White serves flavor-forward California fare made with locally sourced, high quality goods. Choose from small plates like stonefruit salad with goats milk feta and candied hazelnuts, Chile de Arbol chicken wings and ahi tartare. As for mains, guests can dig into braised beef short ribs with Anson Mills Farro Verde, summer vegetables and spinach and California halibut with cauliflower and onion soubise.  

Located at 545 Post Street in the space that previously housed Wolfgang Puck’s iconic ‘Postrio’ restaurant, Rambler carries on the spirit of conviviality and social energy that celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck established when Postrio opened in 1989 and maintained until the doors closed 20 years later (June 2009).
