This is a "Live Online Event", instructed by Master Artist, Jessica Zimmer. She will guide you step-by-step through the process of re-creating this delicious looking beverage painting "Striped Cosmo" while using acrylic paints on a 16x20 canvas. Join her live for an interactive experience while enjoying all the comforts of your home. This event is good for ages 13+, so feel free to invite your entire household to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: Event Time 6 pm - 8 pm (PST)

Materials are not included and must be purchased ahead of time to have available for this event. 

Canvas
 - Choose any size (Instructors will be using 16x20 gallery wrapped canvas)
Brushes - We suggest having at least; 1 large flat brush, 1 medium flat, and 1 small round brush.
Paint - You'll want to use acrylic paint. We suggest you have at least the primary colors (white, black, red, blue, yellow), but you can use violet, orange, green, and brown in addition if you'd like.
Water Cup - For cleaning your brushes.
Paper Towel or Cleaning Rag - This will be used to clean any spills or drips.
Palette - You can use a paper plate, or a wood or plastic artist palette.
Apron - We suggest you wear an apron or at least clothing you do not mind getting stained with paint.
Ruler - Having a ruler will be helpful but not required.

    Master Artist

    Jessica Zimmer has been focused on art since her upbringing in the Bay area of California and South-Eastern New England. Zimmer was fortunate enough to live in a household that supported her drive to create. Her grandmother had been a part of the free-love art culture of the 60's and was always pushing Zimmer to be creative in her everyday life, while her mother filled her early childhood with plenty of arts and crafts to stimulate Zimmer's need to make art as often as possible. She had always been focused on two-dimensional art such as drawing. Eventually, she decided that landscape painting was her passion as early as ten years old. At age 17 she later sought out a degree in Classical Oil Painting at Rhode Island College, finishing as young as 21 years old. While attending school, she was able to easily access the fine art museums of the Manhattan and Chelsea art scene and study the Masters and famous art collections up-close and personally.
